This page explains what data is processed for the website, licences, and operation of RuDesk Cleaner.

1. Operator and purposes

AKERNEL LLC operates the service. Data is processed to create orders, issue and validate licences, prevent abuse, respond to requests, and keep the website and app secure.

2. Data we use

• For a purchase: email, selected plan, device count, and order number/status. Payment details are handled by the payment partner on its secure page.
• For a licence: key, activation date, platform, app version, and a protected device identifier required to count activations and the trial period.
• For feedback: name, email, topic, and message. The IP address is not stored in plain text; a protected fingerprint is used only for anti-spam protection.
• For the website: minimum technical data needed to serve pages, keep them secure, and collect aggregated statistics.

3. Retention and sharing

Data is kept no longer than needed for a licence, order fulfilment, abuse prevention, and request handling. We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with the payment partner and technical providers only as needed to operate the service and fulfil obligations.

4. Your choices

You can request clarification or correction, ask about processing, and withdraw consent where this does not conflict with mandatory retention or an already paid licence. Use the feedback form.

5. Security

We apply organisational and technical safeguards, limit access to service data, and do not expose licence keys in the public part of the site. No transfer method is absolutely secure, so do not include passwords, card details, or other secrets in a request.
