Terms of use

This User Agreement governs the use of rudesk.pro, RuDesk software, the API, user accounts and other related services.

RuDesk is provided for remote access, technical support and device administration. By using the website or application, users accept this agreement.

1. Rights holder

The rights holder of the RuDesk service and software is AKERNEL Limited Liability Company.

2. Service status

RuDesk is provided as is. At the current stage, use of the application is free and unlimited unless expressly stated otherwise on the website or in a separate agreement.

Users may voluntarily support the project with a donation. Donations are not mandatory, do not affect the basic right to use the free version and do not oblige the controller to provide individual services unless separately agreed.

3. Rules of use

Users agree to use RuDesk lawfully, in good faith and only with devices and systems they are authorized to access.

  • using RuDesk for unauthorized access to other people's devices is prohibited;
  • violating third-party rights, legal requirements or information security rules is prohibited;
  • users are responsible for safeguarding their usernames, passwords, tokens and access codes;
  • users must end a remote access session if the basis for the connection no longer exists.

4. Account and security

Some features may require account registration. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and for actions performed through their account unless they prove unauthorized use.

5. Updates

The rights holder may release updates, bug fixes and changes to the interface and functionality. Some features may be introduced gradually, be in testing or be temporarily unavailable.

6. Limitation of liability

The rights holder does not guarantee uninterrupted service in all conditions, including network restrictions, blocking, hardware failures, operating system errors and third-party actions. Users assess RuDesk's suitability for their needs themselves.

7. Intellectual property rights

Exclusive rights to RuDesk, its design, software code, logos, text and other materials belong to the rights holder or are used lawfully. Users receive the right to use the application to the extent necessary for its ordinary use.

8. Prohibited actions

  • modifying, decompiling or distributing the application without the rights holder's permission, unless permitted by law;
  • bypassing technical restrictions, authentication or security mechanisms;
  • using the service for malicious activity, spam, fraud or violations of third-party rights;
  • placing excessive load on RuDesk infrastructure.

9. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policypublished on rudesk.pro.

10. Changes to the agreement

The rights holder may amend this agreement. A new revision takes effect upon publication on the website unless the revision specifies a different date.
